How I Work
I’m excited to work with you! The first step is to schedule a consultation so we can discuss your needs.
We can discuss your project over Skype or in person if feasible, so I can prepare a proposal based on your needs.
I offer you a proposal. Once agreed upon, a contract is drawn up and your retainer invoice is sent. Once paid, our project begins.

I apply my corporate experience and technical know-how directly to your projects, which equates to more accomplished in less time. Hiring an independent contractor rather than an employee, will save you money in the following ways:
- Pay only for the time and material spent on your projects.
- No expenses on payroll, taxes, vacation or benefits.
- No physical workspace or additional equipment needed.
- No down-time expense (coffee breaks, personal phone calls, etc.).No staffing drama.
What can I expect working with you?
We will collaborate relationship to determine which processes to implement. You newly freed time will allow you be more focused and organized and alas — more productive! Throughout our working relationship, we will communicate clearly so that all expectations are met and exceeded. As our relationship develops, mutual success is achieved as I continue to help you grow and achieve your goals. I work from home mostly and occasionally from a business hub. I communicate with my clients via email, telephone, instant messaging, JoinMe, Skype, etc. I like to schedule a weekly “calibration call” to make sure we’re on the same page.
Are there a minimum/maximum number of hours I must sign up for?
A la carte assignments are done on an individual contract basis. Rates will vary on project scope, with a 50% deposit due up front. Work begins once the deposit is received. Balance due as soon as deliverables are handed over.

How do I get started with my résumé?
Getting started could not be easier! I offer several options to suit your needs. Click here for packages.
If you have an existing résumé, email it to me at email@example.com and let me know which package you are opting for. I will then send you an intake form and possibly a questionnaire, depending on your industry.
I've never had a résumé done before, I have no idea where to begin!
Not a problem! Nothing to feel bad about! We may just have to do a little more collaboration than normal. I’ll send you a questionnaire and additional questions via e-mail — whatever your particular situation requires. I’ve done résumés for people who’ve worked most of their career at the same company and never really needed one, so it’s not that uncommon.
